discus has been quite satisfying so far. =) and having a camera during training is rather fun!

the gay royce and chook.caught offguard. amanda and me.the gorilla bench press.a total of 65kg. but peanuts for aaron (he did ~120kg) and last but not least, coach and fangs!. i'm so glad he's not quitting. =) and fangs is SUPER strong.
