why?

what are words when we dont mean them when we say them?

it just keeps on coming.
is it possible? that the failure i used to know was only scraping the surface of it?

during trainings, i used to think i could never run another step. 

competence has never meant this much.
relational skills have never hurt as such.
as an incompetent leader, there is market failure.
responsibility, consequences and resources are mismatched - perfectly.

why have we come so far together.
but lost so many people along the way.
