we are such imperfect tools. why have we been called to be lights?
self is such a giant - selfish creatures. how are we to be lights in this dark world?
its not something that often begets a "why?", rather it triggers a whole train of thoughts on 'what now?'
no one in their right mind could ever question the necessity of missions.
but what is it that would drive us to short term missions?
at the root of it all lies the simplest answer of answers -
God loves me. God loves you. And He definitely loves them too.
if it were really such a simple matter, we would all be justice advocates, peacemakers, relief workers.
to some extent - it is indeed that simple; that is indeed our purpose.
but how do I fit it in? what are the things worth sharing?
did I run an entirely unnecessary race?
or was it ill-processed during an immature phase?
