cranes and dreams.
inside us, we all have someone that we really look up to.
there's someone whom we'd love to be,
or at the very least, be able to be.
for some reason, this picture just strikes me as having such a message.
the more i look at it, the more it tells a story of admiration, and maybe, even that of success and envy.
even more so, because it is set in the background of one of Singapore's largest successes - her cargo port.
at this point in life, i feel like the world is, really, my stage.
boundaries are unlimited. and there is life ahead for me to conquer.
material needs & wants aside,
all i really want is purpose and love and a chance to meet the people of the world.
i guess, the main reason why this picture strikes me is because i identify with the blue crane crouched in the corner, thinking and dreaming of what he'd be able to do. if only he'd just stretch open his wings.
well, thats just something to mull over.
more awesome pics to come from the day of gallivanting (:
